How Puppy Love Brought Joy and Appreciation to LPC Tenants
When puppies come knocking, tenants come running!!
Puppy Love experiences have become the secret sauce for Lincoln Property Company (LPC) for keeping their tenants happy, feeling appreciated – and certainly engaged and entertained!
The latest location to host a Puppy Love tenant appreciation event was at their beautiful downtown San Diego property on their stunning second-floor outdoor terrace.
LPC San Diego was intrigued by the concept of Puppy Love. He was thrilled to learn that other LPC properties – like Burbank and Culver City – had hosted numerous events over the past years – especially sharing the love during Valentine’s week in February! Puppy Love was enthusiastically invited to “come on down” and spread some puppy holiday joy along with our amazing San Diego rescue partner – Born Again Rescue.
From little scruffy Bichons to tiny Chihuahua mixes, the pups arrived in all their irresistible wiggly wonderfulness and burst into our holiday-themed puppy pen with more energy than Rudolph and his entire team combined. The ever-popular “zoomies” took over and these babies dashed, jumped, played, and danced like they were finalists on America’s Got Talent.
And what a show it was! LPC tenants had heard the buzz and were like kids on Christmas morning. The literal squeals of delight could be heard along with quotes like “This the best thing ever!!!” and “This cures any tough day!".
LPC further upped the ante by generously supplying a local food truck serving mouthwatering chicken and waffles.
For the entire event, tenants enjoyed the comfort food and comfort pups, cycling through the event – with the die-hards returning again and again for “just one more” yummy puppy kiss. And really, who can blame them?
Bringing Puppy Love in to celebrate your tenants is a unique way to show appreciation and goes a long way in helping with tenant retention. Mood-boosting and stress-relieving, Puppy Love truly is a unique way to say thank you – most adorably and memorably.
Our client summed it up perfectly: "I am so happy you came! That was the best tenant event I have seen in a very long time. We can’t wait to have you back.”
Puppy Love was overjoyed to participate in the festivities – adding one more successful tenant appreciation to our LPC portfolio. And we can’t wait to come back!
