Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services has provided compassionate mental health, substance use disorder and suicide prevention services since 1942.  As you can imagine, their team’s work can be intense and stress filled, as they dedicate themselves to navigate mental health and wellness challenges and provide services across the US.

A much-anticipated benefit Didi Hirsch provides is their annual Staff Appreciation Day, where attendees are applauded and celebrated for the often difficult, but highly rewarding work they do. This year, the event was held at the infamous Greek Theatre in Los Angeles. Nestled in the heart of Griffith Park, this iconic locale provided the perfect backdrop for a beautiful summer’s day appreciation to their awesome staff.

In addition to the delicious food, drinks and music, Didi Hirsch wanted to provide something unique – something that brought unequalled joy and serotonin to the event. Puppy Love was the perfect solution and thrilled to be asked to participate!

From the moment our adorable rescue pups arrived on the scene, people couldn’t get enough! Squeals of joy and anticipation abound as we strollered pups into the venue, lines already forming around our puppy pen.

Over the next two hours, guests played and cuddled with pups, delighted that this was how they got to spend their afternoon. Our rescue partner was onsite to answer any questions for interested adopters and fosters (and there were many!) and people snapped selfies and group shots to share on social media. Bragging rights – “Yeah, this is what my company event looks like!”
