All of our pups come from fully vetted, trusted local rescue partners who ensure they are happy, healthy, and well-loved. Plus, 20% of all Puppy Love™ proceeds go directly back to these rescue organizations to support food, medical care, and continued adoption efforts. Want to learn more? Amanda Evans, is the new owner ofPuppy Love™ DC
She recently completed her 30-year Air Force career, serving around the world with assignments culminating at The Pentagon. Her family has grown roots in Alexandria, VA, and Puppy Love™ DC will serve Northern Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia metropolitan areas.
In 2019, while serving on the “E-Ring” of the Pentagon, she hosted a non-profit’s puppy roadshow event where the team socialized “puppies in training” to become veteran dogs. Amanda saw the smiles and happiness her entire office experienced, from young troops to 4-star generals, all from simply snuggling a puppy! It was that day that sparked an idea for a future career to bring joy to coworkers with a wagon full of pups. When she discovered Puppy Love™ on the West Coast and attended 2 events in Las Vegas, she knew it would be her mission to bring this amazing company to the Nation’s Capital.
Beginning in late summer 2025, Puppy Love™ DC is ready to host puppy health and wellness events for your company. Puppy Love™ DC is dedicated to bringing others joy through puppy snuggles, and we donate 20% of gross profits to the local recues who provide puppies for your event. The best part is all puppies are available for adoption from our rescue partners!

We had the absolute BEST experience with Puppy Love DC for our staff retreat! We got to spend two hours with the most adorable puppies, and honestly, no one wanted to go to any other breakout session; this was hands down the highlight of the entire retreat and what everyone will remember most. The staff was so friendly and professional, and the setup was spotless, clean, and sanitized. What really stood out was how accommodating they were with our very last-minute request. We spoke directly with Amanda, the owner, and never had to deal with being passed around or given the runaround. She is incredibly kind, understanding, and just a joy to work with. There was a long line waiting to cuddle these adorable pups and a representative from a local shelter to talk about adoption. Life can sometimes get heavy at work, so having a few minutes to pop by, love on a sweet puppy and disconnect from work was such a great opportunity. Amanda is a Veteran and a joy to talk to and work with. You can really tell she loves what she does (and come on, how could you not with these puppies??)! Highly recommend working with her on your event and considering bringing some pups by to boost your morale at work!

Although we had a huge turnout for this event, the line moved in a timely manner and everyone thought it was definitely worth the wait! I have only heard positive feedback from the Pentagon patrons regarding this event. Can't wait to have them back in the building again.

Puppy Love™ founder Sabrina Freed combined her two key passions: creating outstanding events and animal advocacy. A pioneer in the field of high-profile conferences Sabrina realized firsthand how employees would benefit from puppies in the workplace, and likewise, how employers would see results in worker efficiency, and wellness. A wonderful give-back, Puppy Love™ also donates 20% of all proceeds back into the local rescue community.
Puppy Love™ was started in San Francisco and serves all areas of northern and southern California. We also partner with rescues nationwide to provide Puppy Love™ experiences across the U.S.
Yes. Each location carries liability insurance of $2M to ensure our attendees and puppies are well covered.
All pups come from our vetted, fully trusted rescue partners who ensure pups are happy and well cared for. 20% of all Puppy Love™ proceeds are donated back to our rescue partners to help cover their food and medical costs.
