During Google Cloud Next 23’, we were honored to receive high praise from VP, North America Partner Ecosystem and Channels, who personally stopped by our booth to express his gratitude. He remarked that partnering with Puppy Love was a genius idea and thanked us for bringing in such adorable puppies. It was one of our most cherished compliments during the event!
The Google Cloud Next 23’ conference, held at the Moscone Center in San Francisco from August 28th to 30th, drew thousands of attendees. This marked Google Cloud’s first in-person conference since 2019, and the anticipation of returning to an event of this scale after more than four years was palpable. Understandably, the prospect of navigating such a large conference could be overwhelming. In a thoughtful effort to combat potential stress, Softchoice eagerly invited Puppy Love to partner with them. Their goal was to help conference-goers maintain a peaceful and positive mood through puppy interaction. We gladly accepted this opportunity and were delighted to offer attendees a much-needed dose of natural dopamine from the joy of puppy cuddles in the ‘Puppy Park.’
During this three-day extravaganza, DPS Rescue from Palo Alto brought in the Garden Puppy Litter, a group of 9 charismatic spaniel mixes aged 9 weeks. With their beautiful coloring and calm, cuddly demeanors, these puppies quickly became the stars of the show. Upon arrival, the puppies engaged in lively play with their siblings, their boundless energy on full display. However, after a bout of ‘zoomies,’ they settled down, contentedly resting in the arms of event-goers.
This adorable litter undoubtedly captured the hearts of all who had the privilege of interacting with them. One heartwarming story emerged during the event: sweet Violet found her forever home, with her new dad flying her back to Boston to start her new life as an East Coast pup.
By the end of the event, all 9 puppies had found loving homes. In a commendable gesture, Softchoice decided to donate to DPS Rescue for every person they scanned into the Puppy Park, a heartwarming contribution worth celebrating.
The collaboration between Softchoice and Puppy Love was a perfect way to conclude the sunny summer month of August. Like us, Softchoice is a company that holds puppies and dogs in high regard. They actively partner with local rescues and prioritize the mental health of their employees. When asked about their motivation for partnering with Puppy Love for this conference, they simply stated, ‘we wanted to do something good for the world.’ And what better way to alleviate stress and conference fatigue than through the therapeutic power of cuddling adorable puppies?
